TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE ONLINE STORE

1. General Provisions
These Terms and Conditions define the rules for using the online store selling furniture, operated by:Tax Identification Number (NIP): 6722099040Registered address: Stefana Batorego 18/108, 02-591 Warsaw, Poland(hereinafter referred to as the “Seller”).The Store operates via the Internet and offers furniture products.These Terms and Conditions are governed by Polish law and applicable European Union regulations.Customers are required to read these Terms and Conditions before placing an order.
2. Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions:Store – the Seller’s online store operated via a website.Seller – the entity identified in Section 1.Customer – a natural person, legal person, or organizational unit placing an order.Consumer – a natural person acting for purposes not directly related to their business or professional activity.Product – furniture offered for sale in the Store.Order – a declaration of intent to purchase Products submitted by the Customer via the Store.
3. Placing Orders
Orders may be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.To place an order, the Customer must:select Products,complete the order form with accurate and complete information,accept these Terms and Conditions,complete payment.The sales contract is concluded when the Seller confirms acceptance of the Order electronically.The Seller reserves the right to refuse or cancel an Order in the event of incorrect data, lack of payment, or technical issues.
4. Prices and Payments
All prices displayed in the Store are expressed in euro (EUR) or Polish zloty (PLN), depending on the Customer’s selected currency and location, and include all applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.The Seller reserves the right to change prices at any time; however, price changes shall not affect Orders placed prior to such changes.Payments in the Store are processed via Stripe, a secure online payment service provider.The following payment methods are available:credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard),Apple Pay,Google Pay,Klarna (subject to availability),iDEAL (subject to availability).Payment must be completed at the time of placing the Order. Failure to complete payment may result in the Order not being processed.The Seller does not store Customers’ payment card details. All payment data are processed directly by Stripe in accordance with applicable security standards and legal requirements.
5. Order Fulfillment and Delivery
The order processing time is indicated in the Product description or during checkout.Delivery is carried out to the address provided by the Customer.Delivery is available within Poland and other countries as specified on the Store’s website.Delivery costs are presented before final order confirmation.
6. Complaints and Liability for Products
The Seller is liable for conformity of the Products with the sales contract in accordance with applicable law.Complaints may be submitted:electronically via email, orin writing to the Seller’s registered address.Complaints should include details enabling identification of the Order and the issue reported.Complaints will be reviewed within 14 days of receipt.
7. Liability
The Seller shall not be liable for:temporary technical interruptions in the operation of the Store,incorrect use of the Store by the Customer,consequences resulting from providing inaccurate data.Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits the Seller’s liability towards Consumers under mandatory provisions of law.
8. Personal Data
Personal data of Customers are processed in accordance with applicable law.Detailed rules regarding personal data processing are set out in the Privacy Policy available on the Store’s website.
9. Intellectual Property
All content available in the Store, including texts, images, graphics, logos, and product descriptions, constitutes the intellectual property of the Seller or its partners.Any use of Store content without prior written consent of the Seller is prohibited.
10. Final Provisions
These Terms and Conditions enter into force on the date of publication.The Seller reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions. Amendments do not affect Orders placed prior to the effective date of the changes.Matters not regulated herein shall be governed by Polish law.Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved by the competent common courts in accordance with applicable law.
